Before you can start your driving lessons, you need to have your provisional driving license organised. Did you know you can't drive a car, even with your parents without one. You can't even book your theroy test.

 Passing your test takes on average 45 hours of lesson according to the Driver Vehicle Standards Agency. However it depends on each individual and their learning ability. Hence here at ZH we tailor our lesson plans according to you and work towards beating this target.

With weekly driving lessons, it's sometimes easy to forget things. An intensive course can save you time and money often requiring fewer hours off training.

Pass Plus Scheme commonly referred to as Pass Plus is a scheme run in the United Kingdom aimed at new drivers who have recently passed the standard driving test, which helps to give drivers the confidence to drive on their own, on motorways and to increase experience on the road. 

In short YES. Before you can start driving lessons you must hold a provisional license. 

You must pass the theory and hazard perception test before you can apply for the practical driving test.

Continuity of driving lessons is important and ZH Driving School recommends that you have between two and four hours per week. You will also progress much quicker if you have two hour lessons each time.
